4-H is the youth development program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service that creates supportive environments for culturally diverse youth to reach their fullest potential and grows confident young people who are empowered for life today and prepared for career tomorrow.
This admirable program, which seeks to provide a learning experience for the whole child, including head, heart, hands and health (4-H), also helps young Texans to acquire knowledge and develop life skills to enable them to become self-directed, productive, and contributing members of our society.
Judge Robert Hebert said, “We’re very proud of the 4-H Youth Development Program and its contribution to helping our children grow into caring, productive adults”.
