Officeholder Campaign Financial Reports

November 14, 2017

Under Title 15 of the Texas Election Code and rules established by the Texas Ethics Commission, officeholders in Fort Bend County are required to file periodic campaign financial reports with the County’s Elections Office, and those filings are retained as public records available for review at that office for a two year period.

Effective with the January 15, 2008 filings, county officeholders may voluntarily submit copies of their filed reports for posting on this public information website to make those reports more readily available to the general public. Reports may be sent to the County Judge’s office in digital format or hard copy form. Hard copy will be scanned for posting then returned to the official.
